I got to know Optima Facto during a one-day training and experienced the trainer as a top trainer who 'walks his talk'. He conveys knowledge in an engaging way and gives feedback in a respectful yet confrontational way. I learned a lot in a short time. He had a very motivating and appreciative attitude towards the participants. The strong approach of the training started weeks before the actual start with an observation assignment. An extensive intake document followed days later, which was also responded to in the session. The trainer regularly adjusted his approach, depending on the style/needs of the participants).
